t’s that time of year again! Friday 29th November
As the sailing season drifts to a close and the winter chill nips at our heels, we gather once more for Blithfield’s annual “Laying Up” Supper! After weeks of sprucing, scrubbing, and stashing boats, it's time to send off the season with a feast and a few well-earned drinks in the clubhouse. The non-winter sailors will be busy tidying their berths one last time, probably with more laughter than labour as they line up their boats neatly—just in time to leave them there till spring.

But wait, there’s more than just supper!
Alongside a spread of warming curry and fish, the evening brings with it Blithfield’s own brand of “sailing-themed” entertainment. It’s tradition, after all! The highlight? Our famed Lost & Abandoned Property…
