Blithfield Sailing Club Limited was incorporated in England and Wales as a Company Limited by Guarantee on 27th February 2023. And it will use a Trading name , Blithfield Sailing Club, thereafter called 'The Club' which is governed by a set of Directors. The Directors are responsible for the overall management of the Club’s business and its legal affairs, for which purpose they may exercise all the powers of the Club as a company. The club has two permanent committees , the Management Committee, chaired by the Commodore, which is responsible for the day to day running of the club and a Sailing Committee, chaired by the Rear Commodore,  which is responsible for the clubs sailing activities
